Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Blakonik! We are committed to providing you with high-quality apparel and ensuring your satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. To facilitate a smooth return process, we have outlined our return policy below.

  • Returns accepted for 30 days, starting from delivery date
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • No final sale items

Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item(s).
    • We only accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • Some items may be exempt from being returned, such as undergarments, swimwear, or personalized items. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.

Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@blakonik.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. You will receive (via email) a return shipping label.
    • Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
    • The label you receive will be trackable to ensure the safe delivery of your return. 

Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm its receipt.
    • If the returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 1 day. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • In the case of exchanges, we will process your request upon receiving the returned item(s). If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).
    • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a refund or exchange based on your preference.

Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
    • We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to facilitate the resolution process.
    • Upon verification, we will provide you with return instructions and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please carefully review the product description before purchasing any final sale items.
